Delivery time depends on your country and the shipping methods available for your order: tracked Standard shipping typically takes 6–15 days, and Expedited shipping (DHL / FedEx) typically 3–7 business days. Checkout shows the options and estimates for your address before you pay. Local customs processing can add time.

We ship from Hong Kong with tracking:

  • Hong Kong: SF Express (delivery fee paid to SF on arrival)
  • Other countries: tracked Standard shipping and/or Expedited shipping (DHL / FedEx), depending on the destination

Yes. We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, most eurozone countries, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, Taiwan, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. Some items, especially heavier ones, have fewer delivery options; checkout tells you before you pay if an item cannot be delivered to your address. See our Shipping Policy.

Please email shop@ta-collection.com as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped yet, we will cancel it and refund you; once it has shipped, you can return it under our Return & Refund Policy. Customers in the UK and the European Economic Area pay no cancellation fee. For other countries, cancellation requests must reach us within 24 hours of ordering and a 10% cancellation fee applies (see our General FAQ).

You can return an item for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, unused and in its original packaging; you pay the return postage. Customers in the UK and the European Economic Area pay no restocking fee; elsewhere a restocking fee of up to 30% may apply. We do not offer direct exchanges: return the item for a refund and place a new order.

If an item is faulty, damaged in transit or not what you ordered, email shop@ta-collection.com with your order number and photos, and we will repair, replace or refund it at no cost, including the return postage. Full details: Return & Refund Policy.
