Orders below the threshold will have shipping costs calculated at checkout. All shipments include full online tracking.
A pre-order allows you to reserve your item before it arrives at our warehouse. Full payment is collected at the time of checkout, and your order will be dispatched as soon as stock is confirmed ready at our end.
We expect stock to arrive soon. All pre-order customers will receive an email notification confirming the shipping date before dispatch. Estimated dispatch is within 1–2 weeks of ordering.

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Pre-order quantities are ordered directly from our supplier to ensure timely fulfilment for all customers. Cancellations after ordering may result in overstock issues that affect our ability to serve other fans. We appreciate your understanding.
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind. However, if your order arrives with a genuine defect or issue, please contact us — an unboxing video will be required as proof. The unboxing video must show:
- The sealed package from all sides, including the shipping label
- The full unboxing filmed from start to finish, without cuts or edits
- A clear inspection of all items and accessories
- Any issues clearly recorded on camera
